If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within the above stated return period for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned within the stated return periond (see return periods above) require an RMA number (please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions), must be received in new resalable condition and must not have anything missing or have any damage. All returns must be received in a timely manner. After the return periond for your item, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Some items are restricted to United States use only. Items that are restricted to United States use only and are transferred/shipped outside of the United States may not be eligible for a return.
Any items that are transferred/shipped outside of North America may not be eligible for return.
There is no re-stocking fee for most items that are returned within their return period and in new resalable condition per the above return policies. There is a re-stocking fee for the following:
15% for video magnifiers with a monitor or display screen included or built in.
15% for cell/mobile phones.
- Shipping is non refundable on expedited or express shipping or orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Other charges may apply for returns that do not comply with the return policy or return instructions.

All items ship within 3 business days or sooner when in stock. On the rare occasion that an item cannot be shipped within 3 business days, the buyer will be notified and given the choice of delivery of the next available item or a full refund. Please feel free to contact us regarding inventory statuses and shipping schedules.
Ground shipments to the United States will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, US Mail Priority Mail or First-Class Mail for small items.
Customers will be notified of tracking information and Shipping date.
For other shipping methods or fees to areas in North America that are outside the Continental United States, please contact us.
Most items that do not ship to Canada will state so in their availability status. Customers will be notified if a purchase cannot be shipped to Canada and given the choice of choosing a new destination or cancelling the order. Shipments to Canada usually occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except when delayed by holidays.
Vaughn Engineering does not collect and is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties associated with items shipped to Canada. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, duties or any other financial responsibilities that may be levied for items that are shipped to Canada.
