Be careful how you hold the phone or the holume will change

Posted by Deb Rider on Apr 1st 2019

My vision and hearing impaired mother is 92. Her hands are arthritic and holding the phone is a problem because she grabs it with two hands and almost always hits the volume controller. She then can't hear and blames the new phone. In order for her to hear, she has to put the very end on the handset next to her hearing aid.
This is an improvement over her last phone, but not by as much as I'd hoped.
