Phone Orders
Credit card phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM Pacific by calling Toll Free (877) 635-9488 except on major holidays. For our customer's safety, all Credit Card information is inputted directly into our terminal at the time of your phone call. Once this information is electronically inputted and transmitted, we no longer have access to your credit card or financial information. (See Privacy Policy below).

You can shop at Vaughn Engineering (www.affordablevideomagnifiers.com) with confidence. We only use payment processing solutions that provide a secure encrypted checkout experience for our customers. All of our payment methods are connected directly with the appropriate payment processor so we never need to store your sensitive payment information. This applies to all of our payment solutions including all major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Visa Checkout and Apple Pay.

- Order must have been delivered to an address in the 48 Contiguous United States
- Return shipments must originate from the 48 Contiguous United States. Return shipments from other location will not be paid for.
- You must provide a valid email address to receive a return label.
- Return request must be received within 30 days of purchase
- Order must be less than $750.00
- May not apply to accessories when purchased without their main controlling device or Caption Phones.
- All other return policies listed below must be complied with.

Not happy with your purchase? Items are eligible for return within the above stated return periods for refund or exchange. Just request a return within the stated return period for your item(s).
What’s required?
All items must be returned as received, in new resalable condition, undamaged and must not have anything missing. Returns also require an RMA number that we will happily supply along with return instructions on eligible purchases. After the return period for your item, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Shipping
Free Ground Shipping:
Eligible items ship free by Standard Ground to the Contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada).
Expedited shipping is available to most of the United States for an additional fee and standard shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii for a fee unless otherwise noted on the product page. (See the Cart or Checkout page for shipping prices to Alaska and Hawaii)
Free Shipping Terms:
Vaughn Engineering reserves the right to modify or withdraw Free Shipping offers at any time without notice. Offer does not apply to special orders. Vaughn Engineering reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and method. Customers may request a specific carrier and method for an additional fee. Offer is subject to change without notice.
U.S.
Most items usually ship within 1 business days or sooner when in stock. Please feel free to contact us regarding inventory statuses and shipping schedules.
Ground shipments to the United States will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited and Express Shipping fees are non refundable. Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii are non refundable.
Shipping notifications will be sent via email.
Canada: Shipments to Canada temporarily suspended for all products
Most items that do not ship to Canada will state so in their availability status. Customers will be notified if a purchase cannot be shipped to Canada and given the choice of choosing a new destination or cancelling the order. Shipments to Canada usually occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except when delayed by holidays.

Vaughn Engineering does not collect and is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties associated with items shipped to Canada. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, duties or any other financial responsibilities that may be levied for items that are shipped to Canada.
